DOG ENTRY CONDITIONS & OWNER RESPONSIBILITY NOTICE
This venue is dog-friendly only for well-socialised, non-aggressive dogs. By entering with a dog, the owner/handler agrees that:The dog will be kept on a short lead and under effective control at all times.Dogs showing aggressive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour (including lunging, snapping, growling, excessive barking, or intimidating patrons) must be removed immediately upon request.Management reserves the right to refuse entry, require removal of a dog, or direct owners to leave the premises at any time for safety, crowding, hygiene, or comfort reasons.The owner/handler is solely responsible and liable for their dog and for any injury, bite, attack, damage, contamination, or loss caused by their dog to any person, animal, or property.The owner/handler agrees to indemnify the venue, organisers, vendors, employees, and contractors against any claims arising from their dog’s presence or behaviour.Owners must clean up and dispose of waste appropriately and comply with all applicable laws and directions.If your dog is not socialised or may react in crowds, please leave them at home.

This venue operates under a Victorian liquor licence. All patrons must comply with licence conditions.
• ID & Age Restrictions Alcohol will only be served to persons 18 years and over. Valid photo ID must be produced on request. No ID, no service.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol We practice Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry at any time.
• No Shots Policy Shots or rapid-consumption drinks are not permitted. Alcohol is served in measured, standard drinks only.
• Intoxication & Behaviour Intoxicated, disorderly, or aggressive behaviour will result in refusal of service and/or removal from the venue.
• No Supply to Minors Supplying alcohol to a minor is illegal. Penalties apply.
• Outside Alcohol Prohibited No BYO alcohol permitted on licensed premises.
• Licensed Area Only Alcohol must not be taken outside the designated licensed area.
• Smoking & Vaping Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas, in accordance with Victorian law.
• Weather Conditions This is an outdoor venue. Operations may be modified or ceased due to weather or safety concerns. Management decisions are final.
• Right of Refusal & Compliance Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service. Patrons must comply with all lawful directions from staff.
